Rental Options

Hourly events: $100/hr. Three-hour minimum. No overnight stay. Access to the catering kitchen, reception hall, and grounds.

Saturday or Sunday (1 full day): $1300. No overnight stay. All set-up and clean-up must be from 8 am – midnight. Access to the catering kitchen, reception hall, and grounds. Not available Sept – Nov.

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (1 full day): $1000. No overnight stay. All set-up and clean-up must be 8 am – 10 pm. Access to the catering kitchen, reception hall, and grounds.

One full day plus one overnight stay: $1850. Includes your choice of before or after the event (before the event: 5 pm the night before until 11 pm the day of your event) or (after the event: 8 am the day of the event until 1 pm the day following your event). Full access to the facility. Not available Sept – Nov.

Full weekend rental: $2900. Includes 2 overnight stays. Full access to the facility (8 am Friday through 1 pm Sunday).

September through November – full weekend rentals only.

All packages require an additional $500 fully-refundable damage deposit which will be used towards repairs or replacement of damages or missing items. Should no damage occur, the $500 will be fully refunded within two weeks of the event.

All set-up and clean-up is the responsibility of the client and must be completed within the timeframe of rental.
